The Total Compensation Calculator may be used to facilitate discussion about how a change in an employee's status or an internal transfer might affect his or her compensation picture. This Excel-based tool will calculate the dollar value of all the compensation a staff member receives from UPMC based on information unique to his or her position and benefit selections.
